Still in a holding pattern, down to 164 lbs. Summer is almost over, less than a month to go. Wonder if I will hit the 160 lb mark?

In a holding pattern...but I'm ok with that.
Decided to not renew the WW for now, I'm ok with that too.
Much better frame of mind these days, although I'm somewhat lacking in the cooking department.
Goal for this summer is to reach 160lbs. Miles of dogwalking is definitely helping, and our organic vegetable garden is coming along very nicely. We should be able to eat tomatoes in a few weeks, and there is nothing I like better than tomato and basil salad.

165...I think the dogwalking is helping.
My size 18 Big Girl jeans are ridiculous, and even the size 16 pants are baggy. I am fitting into some of my nice size 14's now. That's a really good feeling.

169.8!

Wednesday, June 06, 2007

Now that we have a dog I'm getting out on long walks and at least getting SOME exercise. Started an anti-depressant med last week and so have been really taking it easy with the wine. So this week at WW, I'm down 4.6 lbs! It's been slow progress but I'm down 14.4 pounds since January which is better than nothing. It's one whole size, and I'm fairly certaiin I don't have to shop in the Big Girl's Store anymore.

I'm back!

After not going to any WW meetings for two weeks, and visiting in Seattle for a long weekend and drinking WAY too much wine, and having dessert every day, I headed to my meeting yesterday with my head hanging low. I had stepped on Pez's scale while I was away and it looked like I had gained 5 lbs. Imagine my surprise yesterday when I actually lost 0.8 lbs!
So, it is now a grand total of 12.6 lbs lost since January 1. It doesn't seem like a lot, and of course I still have a long way to go, but it's better than nothing, right?
I am goig to try my hardest to stick with the programme this week.
